LIMITED WARRANTY

Furnlite Inc. (“Furnlite”) warrants to the original purchaser of the FC-FMP-3250, 3500, 3700, & 3875 series TV Lift (the “TV Lift”) that, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), the TV Lift  (1) shall be free from defects in design, assembly, material and workmanship and  (2) shall perform within its design specifications.

Furnlite Inc shall, at its option, replace the defective TV Lift free of charge on site in the event that, during the Warranty Period, (a) a TV Lift is found (i) to be defective in design, assembly, material or workmanship or (ii) to perform outside its design specifications.

Disclaimer.  Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, FURNLITE INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS (WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN) WITH RESPECT TO THE TV LIFT INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER ALLEGED TO ARISE BY LAW, BY REASON OF CUSTOM OR USAGE IN THE TRADE, OR BY COURSE OF DEALING.

Furnlite Inc’s liability shall be limited to replacement of the defective TV Lift.  Neither the replacement of a TV Lift pursuant to this Limited Warranty shall be construed as an admission by Furnlite Inc that such TV Lift was not as warranted. In no event shall Furnlite Inc be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the TV Lift, regardless of the legal theory on which such claim is based, even if Furnlite Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Consequential damages shall include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, loss of savings or revenue or loss of software or data.

Change in Design Specifications for TV Lift and in Limited Warranty.  Furnlite Inc reserves the right to revise the design specifications for the TV Lift or the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty from time to time without notifying the original purchaser of such changes.

Warranty RegistrationIn order to receive the benefit of a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser (end user) a copy of the original sales receipt is all that is required if a warranty claim is needed.  

Warranty Claim.  To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser (end user), at his sole expense and within fifteen (15) days from the date he/she discovers the alleged defect or an Occurrence (whichever is earlier), must contact Furnlite Inc by phone
toll free 1-877-808-8003 or send proof of purchase (such as a copy of the purchaser's (end user) sales receipt). His/her name, address and phone number and a written description of the problem to Furnlite Inc, P.O. Box 159, Fallston, N.C. 28042 or the Limited Warranty is void. Following receipt of the above items, a Furnlite Inc representative will instruct the purchaser (end user) as to any additional information necessary to process his/her warranty claim.

Inspection of TV Lift.  Until the warranty claim is finalized, the Purchaser (end user) agrees to make the TV Lift available for inspection upon reasonable notice on any week day other than a federal holiday during normal working hours or ship it to Furnlite Inc if needed and permit Furnlite Inc to inspect the site of the Occurrence.

If Furnlite Inc determines, in its sole discretion, that it is impractical to ship the TV Lift to Furnlite Inc, then it may designate, in its sole discretion, an equipment repair facility to inspect and estimate the cost to repair such TV Lift. The cost, if any, of shipping to and from such repair facility and of such estimate shall be borne solely by the purchaser (end user).

Additional Four (4) Year Warranty Purchase.   Within one year from date of purchase, the original purchaser (end user) may purchase an additional four (4) year warranty on-line at www.furnlitewarranty.com. Furnlite Inc customer service can also be reached toll free at 1-877-808-8003. Please be prepared to provide his/her name, address, telephone number, model number and serial number of lift, along with date of purchase to complete the additional extended warranty.

Other Terms and Conditions.  This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser (end user) of the TV Lift. This Limited Warranty shall terminate automatically when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the TV Lift. In addition, this Limited Warranty is void and Furnlite will not replace a TV Lift (a) if it performs within design specifications. (b) if he fails to operate the TV lift in accordance with Furnlite's written instructions or (c) if he fails to use and store the TV Lift under normal conditions. Whenever warranty claims are settled, Furnlite reserves the right to be subrogated under any existing insurance policies the purchaser may have if so claimed.

Limited Warranty on Replaced TV Lift. Furnlite warrants to the original purchaser (end user) of the TV Lift that, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date that the original purchaser receives a replaced TV Lift. It shall be free from defects in design, assembly, material, and workmanship. 

Safety Instructions CautionTO PREVENT SHOCK, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASEMMEBLE OR REMOVE ANY PARTS FROM THE TV LIFT. NO USER –SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE. REFER SERVICING TO QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSONNEL.
